Requirements to watermarks
- PNG file
- 300 dpi
- 2480 x 3508 pixels or 2550 x 3300 (if you’re using a special letter sized report)
Below you will find two templates you can use for your watermark. Just replace the logo with your own
Uploading a new watermark
To add a watermark, navigate to Settings > Folders, reports and documents > Report layout and watermarks
Once uploaded, the watermark is ready to use in WorkBook. You can set your watermark as default on purchase orders, price quotes, invoices and debtor interest notes.
Simply create a new default and select which reference type and reference this watermark should concern.
These watermarks can be used on any report in Workbook. Simply choose the watermark in the bottom right corner of Workbook before printing the report.
Replacing an existing watermark
In the watermark interface, you can select a watermark and click the refresh button to replace the existing watermark with a new upload.
The same requirements applies to updates as to new watermarks.
This way you can have different watermarks for different companies, departments, debtors or clients. In the example below, we set the watermark named ‘Watermark 1’ as default for price quotes on the client ‘Are Century Corp’. So next time a price quote is created for that client, ‘Watermark 1’ will automatically be set.
To delete unused watermarks, navigate to the “Watermark setup” tab. Select the watermark you wish to delete and press the delete button in the upper left corner.
