Two-factor authentication

In WorkBook you can protect your account by adding two-factor authentication. This means,when active you will need a mobile device in addition to your password to log on to WorkBook.

To enable this, go to your user settings and click “Enable Two.Factor Authentication”.

Then follow the instructions:

  1. Download the Google Authenticator app to your smartphone.
  2. Scan the QR code using the app and your smartphone’s camera to get your personal validation numbers linked to the app.
  3. Type in the validation number you see on the app and click “Validate”.

Setup for V9

Click on your profile picture.

Select M y settings and then look for the login settings as shown in the screenshot.

Click on ‘Enable Two-Factor Authentication’.

 

Follow the links to download Google Authenticator to your device.

Open the app and scan the QR code.

Input the 6-digit number, the click apply. This will activate two-factor authentication.

You will need to have your mobile device handy, every time you log in to WorkBook.
