In WorkBook you can protect your account by adding two-factor authentication. This means,when active you will need a mobile device in addition to your password to log on to WorkBook.
To enable this, go to your user settings and click “Enable Two.Factor Authentication”.
Then follow the instructions:
- Download the Google Authenticator app to your smartphone.
- Scan the QR code using the app and your smartphone’s camera to get your personal validation numbers linked to the app.
- Type in the validation number you see on the app and click “Validate”.

Click on your profile picture.
Select M y settings and then look for the login settings as shown in the screenshot.
Click on ‘Enable Two-Factor Authentication’.
Follow the links to download Google Authenticator to your device.
Open the app and scan the QR code.
Input the 6-digit number, the click apply. This will activate two-factor authentication.
You will need to have your mobile device handy, every time you log in to WorkBook.
