You can create templates, which can be used in the briefing tab.
To do so, you have to go to the settings and chose “Folders, reports and documents”.
The template can be created to automatically insert certain datas.
From the list to the far right you have the options to chose between different data.
After you have created the template, you can chose where it should be present.
Simply tick on or off where the template should be usable.
