This report is found in the jobs list.
It provides an overview of expenses, scheduled, quoted, realized and invoiced, on any given job.
It is identical to report 91, with the difference being that report 61 takes jobs from the entire jobs list, based on your active filter.
- “Show details” enables an additional table with employee summary of expenses.
- “Only show open posts (hide invoiced costs)” refers only to expenses that have been eliminated using a partial invoice. Booked expenses that have not been invoiced with a partial invoice will still appear.
- “Show invoice details” adds a list of invoices for each job.
