Positions

This article will tell you about positions.

Positions is being set on the employee and is a more detailed way of showing what the employee is doing then the activity. You can use positions to:

  1. Create “Group scheduling resources” – see this article
  2. Generate a price list from the positions instead of activities

In this section you have a list of employee positions in the system. You can add a description to the title and you can set a title to be used as a group resource only under ‘Group scheduling resource’.

 

Create a new position

Create a new position by clicking this button.

Delete a position

And delete the selected position by clicking this button.

Under the employee settings you set the position that the individual employee have.
