Introduction
In WorkBook when creating a new mail draft we automatically try and fill out some of the information based on where in WorkBook you currently are.
This could be filling out the subject with the current job name, or filling the to address with the customer contact.
We also determine where to archive the outgoing mail, allowing you to keep track of full concordances with a customer.
