WorkBook uses a series of directories on a Storage Provider, to provide functions where the user in unaware that the information is stored on a file system.
We recommend that all these directories are stored on the local File System to lower the latency.
The user will never need to access these files from outside WorkBook, so the user wont need access to any of these directories.
Note that it is critical that backups are made of this directory, just like the database.

The folder paths specified in these system variables should be created manually before allowing users to work in the system.
