If you get a gray screen when trying to print a report it is because there is an issue between Internet Explore and Adobe.
The newest version of Adobe Reader (03-11-16) should contain a fix for this issue.
Please open Adobe Reader and navigate to Help and find Check for Updates.
There are some workarounds at the moment
- Change the browser to another supported browser
- Use report viewer
- Use “Email report” and extract the PDF from the attachment to the mail
- Restart the computer.
