Employee Cross Company Access

This article explains employees cross company access and how to use it.

Cross company filters

Two filters have been added to Employee Cross Company Access.

This way you can choose to see cross company settings for “Agnes Lee” only in “Bluebird”.

Parameters

All

Enable all parameters on the user for the company specified in the second column(See picture above).

Allow log-in

Gives the user login-access to the company specified in the second column(See picture above).

Allows Time / Mileage / Material / Personal expense and Subsistence allowance entries

Allows the user to enter time enter time in the company specified in the second column(See picture above).

Allow purchases

Allows the user to create purchases / creditor vouchers in the company.

Can create jobs

This allows the user to create jobs within the company.

Set job status 0-5

Allows the user to set job status to:

0 = Quotaion
1 = In process
2 = On hold
3 = Ready for invoicing
4 = Invoiced
5 = Cancelled

Can setup employees

Allows the user to create / setup employees in the company specified in the second column(See picture above).

Allow access to finance

Grants access to the finance module Finance icon of Workbook Software for the company specified in the second column(See picture above).

Copy employee cross company access

When you create a new employee it is now possible to copy company access from a current employee by using the field ‘copy settings from’ and then choosing the employee you wish to copy from.

This allows you to copy the data from employee cross company access, what you see below is the access settings that the new employee would have if copying from Brian Hendry’s settings.
