Approval workflows and rejections

Once an approval workflow has been setup and initiated users will get notified on pending approvals in their Conversation Inbox.
The approval workflow is triggered once the entry user has approved the entry.

Once the employee has approved their own expense entry, a notification will appear in the approver’s Conversation Inbox

When rejecting an entry you will need to provide a rejection comment:

When an entry is rejected the user that made the entry will get notified about the rejection in their Conversation Inbox

Then the user will be able to either change the entry or delete it from the system.
When the user approves the entry again, the system will trigger the approval workflow once again.

In Finance & Administration/Administrative follow-up there are different view for follow-up on open entries, rejected entries and so on.
