Allowing adding expense claims for other users

This article will shortly explain the setup process expense claim access for other users.

1. Accessing other users creditors

An admin or advanced user with access to the specified settings must allow the use of others creditors on a single employee.

This is done by going to Settings -> Employee settings -> Employee creditor mapping and creating a new mapping.

From here you must choose the employee you want to grant the access and then choose the creditor of the employee you want to give access to.

Lastly you most choose what kind of entries the employee can make on his colleagues creditor. Use the tick boxes to allow or disable access as seen below.

2. Using the creditor of another employee.

When the employee is creating an expense entry of their colleague they must choose their colleague’s creditor.
