NOTE: The set up of agents must be done in the Silverlight version
Purpose
This agent makes it possible to import mails to WorkBook for further handling such as save them on jobs or resources or create a support ticket if this option is enabled in your WorkBook
Scheduling
We suggest you schedule this agent to run once every 5 minutes
Parameters

IMAP Server | Full address to your IMAP server including port number. If the server is configured to use SSL, add the prefix ssl:// | ssl://myimapserver:993 |
IMAP Username | User name used for the IMAP account (this is often the full email address) | myaccount@myimapserver.com or mydomain\myaccount |
IMAP Password | Password used for that IMAP account | ******* |
Source Folder | Folder where WorkBook locates the incoming emails – on most mail servers it will be “INBOX” | INBOX |
Destination Folder | Where mails will be moved to after the import | INBOX\Done |
Allow duplicates | Check this box if you will allow the same mails to be imported more than once |
