Most of these new features and changes are made to the HTML5 version of WorkBook, V9.

General/optimizing

  1. Added improved functionality to all date pickers. The improvement will attempt to make sense of user input, according to the user’s language settings and will also consider prefixes (“-“, “~” or “+”). This means that if the user input is 2112, then the system will register 21/12/2016. datepickers-kr

Tasks

  1. Optimization to the ‘Jobs with missing dimensions settings’, so that dimensions that is required but has no value will be highlighted.

  3. Improvement on “Task card”, which now includes a sub title: <JobId – Jobname>, <ProjectName>, <CustomerName>, <PM>. These sub titles are also clickable and will open the card when clicking on them..

  5. Added three new columns (start date, responsible, and phase) that allows the user a quick access to job data 3columns

 

Personal cost entry

  1. Added a modern icon under ‘Personal cost entry’ > ‘Time sheet’timereg

CRM

  1. Added some extra functionality to the start and end time when creating a new activity under CRM > My activities > Add new activity. The time will now be saved when creating a new activity and it will be used as default when creating the next. If the last activity was completely registered using the “OK” button, then the next activity will use the date and time from the previously created activity. activity-kr

Resources

  1.  Added “Primary activity column” for employees in the “Resource book”. primary-activity
  2.  Added “create new pipeline” button to Contact card > Resource related items > View pipeline relations

  3. Added new functionality that allows showing Resource Type before the ID on the address page.

Briefing

  1. Added the functionality to colorize the text of a briefing.

  1.  Added two new columns “Start date” and “End date” under Jobs > Tasks > Phases

Price quote

  1. The design for “Add activity lines, pick from list” has been redesigned to a floating sidebar and  a newly creating line will now show up right way. time-1055

Costs

  1. Added subgrid with Accrued vouchers under Costs > Purchase order.purchase-order

Scheduling

  1. Added functionality that allows filtering only on the client in scope under Scheduling > Task Matrix > Show only client bookingsshow-only-client-bookings
  2. Added a ‘Loading’ progress bar if the search query is big. This will give the user an indication that the system is working. Marker loading progress barloading-data-kr

Finance & Administration

  1. Added functionality so that when an admin uploads a receipt to an expense entry for approval, the authors approval doesn’t get revoked. Functionality added under Finance & Administration > Cost entry > Expense entryexpense-entry

Quick Menu

  1. Added new functionality that allows users to create and reply directly in a One 2 One conversation from the Resource List under Resources> Employees > One 2 One conversation.one-to-one-18

Follow-ups

  1. A subgrid to the followup ‘Time entry check list for the last 30 days’ has been added. This improvement will give the user the ability to see more information regarding the time entries. The ‘Job summary’ tab will show which jobs the selected user have made time entries. time-entry

Settings

  1.  A new role has been added to ‘Absence approval’ – the new role is named ‘Absent employee (The employee who takes absence). When an absence entry is made for a colleague, the absent colleague has to approve the entry. This improvement will give absent employee the ability to approve an absence entry made by other users.
