Access roles

Access roles are a means of controlling what certain users can and cannot do. The can be set up easily (see the guide here).

To find these roles please go to “Settings“, locate “Access rights for roles“, open the reports sidebar via the “Reports” button and find report 170. Choose your format and print it.

Example of the report

The report content is sorted be company and then department. The report can be pulled from the resource list, the license management and from access rights for roles.
